2.項目內容：****公司對162張食堂連體凳支腿更換為不銹鋼支腿，含舊支腿拆卸、運輸、上樓、現場安裝等。

3.潛在投標人資格預審

3.1潛在投標人的資格要求：

（15）貿易安全管理告知書（附件3）。

所有提交的資格預審材料均需加蓋潛在投標人公章,所有證書類文件提供掃描件且必須在有效期內。資格預審審查辦法采用合格制，凡按照本投標邀請書第三條所要求并完整提供資格預審材料的****小組審核后均可通過資格預審。未通過資格預審的申請人不具有投標資格。

3.4****集團要求，招標方之后所有的招標項目均將逐步轉移至中交供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)中進行線上招標，請所有潛在意向投標方，除提交上述預審資料外，自行前往中交供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)（網址：http://ec.****.cn/PMS/）進行在線注冊（注冊操作手冊見【附件二】中交供應鏈系統(tǒng)供應商門戶操作手冊（新）），以便今后繼續(xù)參與我司招標項目。具體準入條件和標準如下：

（1）具有法律主體資格，持有營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務登記證、組織機構代碼證，或具有統(tǒng)一社會信用代碼的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，并具有增值稅一般納稅人資格（提供一般納稅人佐證資料）；

（2）生產商需具有一定的生產能力、規(guī)模和相應的技術力量，并具有ISO9001質量體系認證證書、ISO14001環(huán)境體系認證證書、ISO45001職業(yè)健康安全體系認證證書。對于國家強制執(zhí)行生產許可證制度的行業(yè)產品，需提供生產許可證或其他強制認證證明；

（3）貿易商（包括經銷商和代理商）需具有固定的經營場所，經營產品質量合格，具有本企業(yè)的ISO9001質量體系認證證書、ISO14001環(huán)境體系認證證書、職業(yè)健康安全體系認證證書。并具有產品生產企業(yè)的代理協(xié)議或產品銷售授權資質；

（4）提供的產品需符合法律規(guī)定。對于列入強制性產品認證目錄中的產品，需提供產品認證證書；

（5）具有良好的售后服務跟蹤體系；

（6）具有良好的資金財務狀況；

3.5中交供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)注冊需要提供以下資料

1.場所安全控制方面
