（2）在質(zhì)量控制、鋼種切換、故障預(yù)警等方面采用智能化的控制方法；

（3）建立爐內(nèi)氣氛、溫度的數(shù)學(xué)模型，爐內(nèi)壓力模型等，為工藝調(diào)整提供技術(shù)依據(jù)；

（4）通過使用機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)模型預(yù)測(cè)最有可能發(fā)生事故的時(shí)間，確定維護(hù)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的最佳時(shí)間；

（5）其它技術(shù)參數(shù)詳見招標(biāo)文件技術(shù)部分。

（1）The annealing furnace shall adopt advanced, mature, reliable process technology and equipment meeting the environmental protection requirements；

（3）The mathematical models of atmosphere, temperature and pressure in the furnace should be established, so as to provide technical basis for process adjustment；

（4）By using machine learning models, the system can predict when an accident is most likely to occur in order to determine the best time to maintain critical equipment；
